Join us for a transformative full-day retreat designed to release, balance and restore the chakras (energy centers) within your light body!
Meet and connect with a supportive, like-minded community in a nurturing space for self-discovery, healing and renewal. Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and radiantly balanced.
We will start with an opening ceremony and educational slideshow. Afterward, we'll embody what we learned by focusing on the 7 chakras along the spine. We'll take our time mindfully attuning each one through asana (yoga postures), pranayama (life-force control), mantra (sacred sound), and dhyana (meditation). Then we'll move into a yoga Nidra session with sound bowls and a surrendered kundalini meditation to further clear the mind, release blockages and restore energetic flow. We will then express our newly cultivated creative energy through a guided colorful art activity! Sealing it all together with a closing sharing circle, then integrating and grounding with a community potluck!
