We’re teaming up with our neighbors at Row House to bring you a special back-to-back experience:
45 minutes of powerful rowing at Row House to get your heart pumping. Followed by a one-hour Yin Yoga class at The Ritual to slow it all down, stretch it out, and restore
This event is all about balance — effort and ease, strength and surrender. Whether you’re a seasoned rower, a dedicated yogi, or totally new to both, this class is for you.
