Another new health initiative added for the 2025 season is Chakra Dance, the Rhythm for your Soul! This dance is to balance your Chakras (energy centers) and discover a deepened connection to your true self and feeling of coming home. Each session will be led by Harlene Simmons of All Natural Reiki. Different types of music will be used to engage the different chakras. These sessions will take place on the Acre Lawn, next to the Pavilion Annex. Donations to the Park are welcome, with a suggested donation of $5 per person per class.

Music for your Base Chakra: vibrational, connecting your body to earth
Music for your Sacral Chakra: sensual, connecting to your inner goddess or god
Music for your Solar Plexus Chakra: fiery & dynamic, strong defined movement.
Music for your Heart Chakra: uplifting, joyful softening of your heart.
Music for your Throat Chakra: more ethereal, chanting as you dance, expressing your inner truth.
Music for your Third Eye Chakra: High vibrations, opens up to intuitive guidance through dance.
Music for your Crown Chakra: opening to a feeling of oneness, connected to the divine.
Dress comfortable and if you prefer, wear easy flowing clothing.
