Beharveyfit Memory 5K – Honoring Lives, Healing Together

Join us at Sharon Woods Park – Maple Grove Area as we run, jog, or walk in honor of the loved ones we've lost.

On August 11, 2023, our son KJ gained his wings. In the months that followed, I met many other parents and families who had experienced similar losses. We connected through grief—and this 5K is how we put that pain into purpose.

This event is open to all fitness levels—whether you're a seasoned runner, casual walker, or just here to show support. Bring your friends, family, and even your furry companions for a meaningful day in nature filled with connection and remembrance.

The Beharveyfit Memory 5K isn't just a race—it’s a celebration of life. It’s a way to keep the memory of our loved ones alive while moving forward together as a community.
