This is plant therapy at its best as we combine the healing power of nature from essential oils and soak up the energy from the plants and flowers all around us!
Join us for a rejuvenating aroma yoga class surrounded by nature where we will be intentionally pairing essential oils with breathing exercises, yoga poses and energy exercises to support your mobility, balance, energy, strength and joint health!
We will be using oils that are focused on joint pain relief and on relieving muscle soreness and stiffness along with supporting your energy.
Saje Wellness will be assisting in class and after class will be offering a private shopping experience and 20% off for all of our guests!
