Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of heart-opening cacao and healing sound.
We'll begin by gathering in sacred space with a warm cup of ceremonial-grade cacao, shared in community to support intention setting and inner connection. Rudy will guide a grounding meditation to help us settle into presence before we journey through the transformative frequencies of gong, crystal bowls, chimes, and other magical instruments led by Monika.
