Comedy Situation! Bringing excellent out-of-town headliner standup to wild ol' Westbrook!

Packing the showroom at Frog & Turtle for half a year (until F&T very sadly closed) we're keeping the Situation going in Westbrook, with this month's show at the really cool GEORGE & LEON'S!

Headliner ROB CHRISTENSEN grew up on the mean streets of Brooklyn, NYC (pre-hipster, prime-gangsta) and fused his burly, flamboyantly New Yaawk tough guy-adjacent persona with his inescapable smarts and near-poetic way with words.

Rob doesn't tell "jokes" as much as he preaches hilarious, expertly crafted commentaries- the sharp, incisive motifs of a John Oliver as delivered by Wu Tang Clan's roadie.

Rob spent some years in Los Angeles, catching on in that ultra-competitive hotbed of comedy, before returning to his roots in NYC, and now splits his time between the Hudson Valley, NY; NYC; and New England.

Rob has headlined clubs nationwide and appeared on Comedy Central's 'This Is Not Happening' & 'Adam Devine's House Party', NBC's 'Last Comic Standing', AXS TV's 'Gotham Comedy Live', and at the Montreal Just For Laughs Comedy Festival. He also wrote for 'The Problem With Jon Stewart' on Apple TV.

With Feature act ADAM GROPPMAN- a native Bostonian, he spent many years in Los Angeles and has appeared at several nationally established comedy festivals and at fine venues across the US, including many throughout New England. Adam's act is smart, conversational and often performative.

Hosted by PAUL HUNT, a smooth, likable young man who's establishing homself as a solid presence in the Maine comedy scene with his intelligent takes on a variety of topics and his easy connection with audiences.
