Spa Yoga offers restorative yoga with touch & sound.

Combining gentle yoga, deep stretches, massage, and energy healing, this 90 min class is a journey through the body’s senses to discover a deeper awareness, harmony and fulfillment. The experience closes with the soothing vibrations of sound bowls and chanting.

Teacher Bio: Dima Bosko

I am the founder of One Voice Yoga, where I bring together functional movement, embodiment practices, and spiritual illumination into the art of living. With over 20 years of study in consciousness, my approach to yoga is practical, rooted in bringing the teachings off the mat and into daily life. I’ve had the privilege of learning from wise elders and embodiment experts worldwide and have trained in various modalities. My work is also deeply informed by my own journey of healing from depression, anxiety, addiction, and PTSD.

In my yoga classes, I integrate movement, breathwork, music, touch, and chanting to create transformative group experiences.
