Better than a Soap Opera

Our September Third Thursday Open House event is about soap making.
Soap making is nearly 5,000 years old, with the earliest records coming from Babylon. By the time of the Egyptians, it was already a well-established practice. Today, it’s an art form, or almost. Handmade soap versus mass-produced? No contest. Especially when you can watch it live! Local soap maker Kim Tynant, owner of Simply SoHope in Westborough, will demonstrate her craft. Soap making is all about beauty, self-care, pampering, and yes—self-love—for both women and men.
All fall events are free. RSVP is suggested (and much appreciated!) so we know how many beverages and snacks to prepare.
