Shamanic Sound Bath

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation, cleansing, and restoration with a unique Shamanic Sound Bath.

The session begins with a powerful Shamanic Journey led by Vicky Foot, guiding you into a meditative state through the use of sacred tools such as sage, palo santo, and the rhythmic beat of shamanic drums. This ancient practice is designed to help you release stagnant energy, and invite clarity and healing.

In the second part of the evening, relax with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. Using a blend of harmonious instruments, the sound bath will calm your mind, easing tension in your body, and leave you feeling fully rejuvenated.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blankets for your comfort.

**We plan to be outside if the weather is nice. There is plenty of shade**
