Chakra Healing Workshop

Would you like to explore what chakras are, how they work, what they hold—and how to bring them into balance?

Join me for a deeply nourishing workshop where you'll be introduced to your 7 main chakras. We'll look into how and why these energy centers can become blocked or imbalanced, and most importantly, how to support their healing.

Using a blend of crystals, essential oils, vibrational essences, and sound therapy, we’ll gently identify and shift energetic imbalances. You'll also experience art and mandala creation as tools for self-expression and healing.

This workshop is perfect for beginners. However, those with experience in the chakra system will find it deeply insightful as well.

I am a fully qualified Lotus Chakra Instructor, Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Healing Teacher and Sound Healing practitioner.
