This circle is for those seasons.

Whether you’re walking through the grief of something only women can experience: the confusion of peri-menopause or menopause, pregnancy loss, the complexity of abortion, the silent weight of PCOS, the invisibility of prolapse, the pressure of motherhood, or the slow shedding of who you once were… we welcome you.

This is a space for what often goes unseen:
The invisible load.
The hormonal shifts.
The body that doesn’t feel quite like your body anymore.
The things that only women can truly understand.

Together, we’ll gather in a connected space with ceremonial cacao, a nurturing women’s circle, and a deeply restorative sound bath to soothe the body and awaken the heart.

You are welcome to come and share.
To come and be witnessed.
Or to come and receive quietly, no words needed.

We want to make this SO clear: This is not a performance. This is not a self-improvement seminar. This is sacred space for being exactly where you are!

Cacao is pure plant magic; an ancient heart medicine used for thousands of years to bring us back to ourselves and each other.It’s rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and theobromine - a natural mood booster that increases blood flow to the heart and brain.

In ceremony, cacao helps quiet the mind, soften emotional tension, and create space for insight, clarity, and deep connection.This is not your everyday hot chocolate. It’s a sacred, unprocessed, heart-opening elixir made with intention and you’ll feel the difference. We’ll guide you through how to drink it with presence, set your intention, and listen to what your heart is ready to reveal.🌿

Note: If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking heart medications or SSRIs, cacao is still usually safe but we’ll happily adjust your serving. Just let us know in advance.

The cacao we will be serving has been sourced ethically from Guatemala through a personal heart-connection of Breanne's.
