Sunday Align & Flow

This practice is a slower form of a vinyasa class that is designed for any level of experience. You will be guided to move from shape to shape at a slower pace while linking breath to movement and holding poses longer. There is also an emphasis on alignment with adjustment suggestions and use of props. A good place to start a practice or to focus on deepening your existing practice.
