We will gather to celebrate this special time of transformation and
inspiration on Saturday June 28 outdoors (or on Zoom if unable to attend in
person) in beautiful West Springfield.
Dori will guide participants through a journey of deep breathing and muscle
relaxation followed by a guided solstice meditation. This experience will
offer inspiration for participants to respond creatively with a drawing a
collage a poem a song or even a dance.
Materials provided.
No experience is needed just bring your open heart and curiosity!
