Thursday Night Run

Join us for a 3-5 mile fun run through Wyomissing Park on Thursday nights! The run features various routes week to week.

This week we're switching things up and running from Sly Fox. After the run feel free to stop in for the end of our Move Her Mind event or hang out at Sly Fox!

All are welcome! This is a social run and we will stop at turns until everyone is ready to move on.
