Mindful Movers

Ms Shelby’s yoga class is a playful and engaging introduction to mindfulness and movement designed especially for tiny yogis! Blending imagination with gentle exercise, each session guides children through age-appropriate poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation activities.

Through stories, games, and creative movement tiny humans build strength, balance, coordination, and confidence. Classes include moments of calm to help them develop focus and emotional awareness.

Perfect for all levels — whether your child is shy, flexible, or brand new to yoga, they’ll discover ways to move, breathe, and connect!
