As we continue our journey through these extraordinary times, our need for both practical solutions and inner resilience remains as vital as ever. At our March gathering, we began the discussion about tools that can help us navigate these challenges— particularly managing internal stress and challenging social dynamics. Now, we’re pleased to keep that momentum going.

We’re honored to welcome Stephen Posner, PhD, Director of Pathways to Planetary Health at the Garrison Institute. Stephen will introduce an upcoming workshop designed to support those working on climate adaptation, conservation, and community resilience. The workshop blends scientific insights with practical tools to cultivate emotional regulation, social connection, and deeper relationships with nature—all essential to long-term sustainability work, and will address the question: How can cultivating resilience capacities—like emotional regulation, social connection, and deep relationship with nature—support our work and well-being in these uncertain times?
