Join us every Sunday morning for an open flow Yoga class led by Maki Criscaut (E-RYT 500).
Embodied mindfulness.
Using the tools of Yoga, students are encouraged to connect to strength, freedom, and fluidity in the body. While this class is dynamic, options for increasing and decreasing intensity are given throughout the practice.
Expect a well-rounded class with moments of grounding, as well as moments of adventure. We close each practice with a guided Savasana and sound healing.
Clear your mind and melt away all stress and tension.Set your intentions, awakening your senses while raising your vibration, and most importantly, connect with like-minded yogis. Communty is immunity.
