Have you wondered about the benefits of a serene crystal bowl sound bath, but haven’t been able to fit one into your schedule? We are now hosting the Crystal Bowl Sound Bath at Herbs & Earth on Saturdays!
This is the same soothing session you may have come to know on Sundays, but now, we’re on Saturday mornings!
This (almost) weekly sound bath has become a staple in the community over the last two years. The vibes are always great, the community we’ve built is amazing, and the tea with Amy afterwards is always just what you’re looking for!
Bring your mat, pillow, blanket (if you need it) and a friend. No need to RSVP —I play for whoever shows up ✨🩵✨
Donations are accepted by Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, and credit card (fee applied). It’s an energy exchange.
