Intro to Ashtanga Workshop

Hello everyone, my name is Alina and I’m a yoga teacher in West Palm Beach. I am hosting an Ashtanga Workshop. August 5, 12, and 19th

This workshop is designed for:
• Students who wish to learn Ashtanga at a slower, more mindful pace (before stepping into a Led or Mysore Style class)
• Those interested in understanding the alignment and technique of each asana
• Students eager to learn the correct vinyasa count and explore the meaning of the opening chant
• Anyone looking to practice in a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment—with space for both focus and fun

It is a 3 part series workshop however, drop ins are welcome. Please note that each day will add onto the next but, we will always begin with a quick review.
