7 Week Chakra Workshop

In this 7-week series, we will dive deep to connect with each of the seven main chakras through guided meditation, journaling, sound bath and reiki. Starting with the Root chakra we will focus on one chakra each week, learning about how issues with the chakra can manifest and how to balance each. Workbooks will be provided for each participant.
