Why sound in water?
Sound travels over four times faster in water than in air, allowing your entire body to absorb and respond to the healing vibrations more deeply.

The combination of floating, warmth, and sound creates a unique full-body experience that:
•Enhances physical and emotional release
•Activates the parasympathetic nervous system (deep relaxation mode)
•Supports circulation, lymphatic flow, and energy balance
•Encourages a dreamlike meditative state for true inner stillness

In Water: The body is surrounded by sound, and the water acts as a conductor, helping the frequencies reach muscles, bones, and organs more directly.

No swimming required. All floatation devices provided. Non-members are welcome! $30 reserves your spot. Hurry- space is limited. Bring a friend and join us JUNE 8!
