Ecstatic Dance Class

We are pleased to be offering an exciting new movement experience!

Through ecstatic dance, Sarah will be creating a strong soul-body connection; as you allow the music to awaken your inner energies through movement and intention.

This will arouse your natural intuition and guide you to move freely and without inhibition - all whilst aligning your energy centres.

This one hour session will focus on a specific Chakra each week.

We will start by bringing attention to our desired energy centre before letting ourselves get lost in the rhythm of the music and dance freely and instinctively.

Each class will conclude by filling our auric field with the energy we have created within the session.

We can’t wait to see you there!

When: Saturday mornings 10am to 11am starting 19th April
Where: The Upstairs Room - The Clout Memorial, 9 West Malling High St, Kent, ME19 6QH
Cost: £12 per class or buy block of 4 for £40
