🚗The hall is up the slip road after The Harvester and has its own private car park

This session is all about relaxing, unwinding, and recharging – a chance to step away from the chaos and find some inner peace.

Let the soothing sounds wash over you, easing away tension and bringing balance back to your mind and body.❤️🙏✨️

All you need to bring is a mat, pillow, blanket, water, and anything else to make you comfy – then just lay back, relax, and let go.
