Catch the Worries: DreamCatcher Workshop for Kids (ages 10-12)

Join us for a creative and calming workshop where kids will make their own dreamcatchers to help “catch” any bad dreams or worries!

Through storytelling, art, and a touch of mindfulness, we’ll talk about common tricky feelings and turn them into beautiful dreamcatchers to hang above our beds for comfort and courage.

Fiber arts... amongst the most healing of all crafts!
