Quantum Sound Healing- a meditation workshop

Through the alchemy of breath, intention, and ancient sound techniques (hand-hammered singing bowl protocols, sacred mantra, and energy healing methods), you'll be guided into deep inner-stillness where the body recalibrates and the soul remembers. The meditation will begin with a gentle guided sound protocol that will nourish your nervous system, tone your voice, deepen your breath, and help your mind begin to settle down. This protocol will be yours to take home with you as a personal practice. You’ll then lie down and receive the subtle yet luscious sounds of the hand-hammered singing bowls around and on your body. Denise will also softly sing the mantras of the moment intended to support your relaxation. Each session is unique—designed to dissolve tensions, noise, and stress, both physically and mentally. Come not to be healed, but to awaken your superpowers of personal healing, presence, and restoration.
