Rhythmic Release - Flow, Dance & Stretch

Move with intention and joy in this all-levels class that blends a hatha yoga flow with feel-good dance cardio. We’ll begin by grounding the body through breath-led movement and supported postures to awaken strength and balance. Then we’ll shift into upbeat, low-impact dance sequences that boost circulation, lift your mood, and invite playfulness. To close, settle into a gentle yoga stretch session designed to deepen flexibility, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling fully refreshed. This class is your space to reconnect, release tension, and re-energize — expect to leave feeling both centered and uplifted.

Self-parking is complimentary. Please bring your own yoga mat.
