I am riding on Sunday … Meeting at the Chevron at 1192 Industrial Road, West Kelowna for 07:00 and departing shortly thereafter.
Dropping down the 97 to Penticton
Green Mountain Road to 3A (with or without Apex)
3 to Bridge Street, River Road, and Ashnola Road stopping at the Red Bridge for a pic.
3 to Old Hedley Road to the 5A stopping at the plane for a pic (Princeton) perhaps even ride through the KVR tunnel
5A to Merritt (could do an out and back on Coldwater Road)
5A to 8 to Spences Bridge (stopping for a pic with the old church)
1 to Boston Flats
97C (stopping at the tailing pond for a pic) to Logan Lake to 97D (perhaps an in and out on Paska Lake Road)
5 to Meadow Creek/Lac Le Jeune Road to 1 (Kamloops)
Down the 5A to Merritt and back along the 97C to West Kelowna.
Perhaps I’ll do Westside Road as in and out before crossing the bridge back home.
It’s a long day, but not crazy long. We are on a cooling trend this week with some rain on Friday and Saturday and Sunday is forecast as 26° and a mix of sun and cloud. Princeton notes 24° with a 30% chance of showers. Everything else looks fine.
Social pace. Spirited at times. Nothing crazy.
