FREQUENCIES OF REST

This is a restorative yoga and sound bath experience designed to gently unwind your body, calm your nervous system, and bring you back to your center.

Reiki Master Teacher Andrea Bertoia will guide you through supportive, Restorative yoga practice where the goal is active relaxation in floor-based poses with the use of pillows and blankets while reiki master Taylor Jones will guide you through a journey of sound through the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls.

You’ll be invited to soften, release tension, and reconnect with your inner quiet.

Perfect for anyone feeling overstimulated, anxious, or simply craving deep rest. No yoga experience necessary—just come as you are and allow yourself to be held.
