Join us in The Plaza at Jordan Landing for a high-energy, feel-good fitness series all summer long! Whether you're into strength, stretching, or cardio fun, we've got a class for you. These FREE outdoor sessions are perfect for all fitness levels – just bring your mat, water bottle, and a great attitude.
Each class is led by expert EōS Fitness instructors, with time afterward to ask questions, get tips, and connect with the team.
Check-in at 9:00 am
Classes run from 9:30 to 10:15 am

A powerful, full-body workout inspired by martial arts and cardio training.
