Come experience a gentle way to acknowledge and shift deep emotional content and give yourself the gift of recalibration that will improve your sleeping patterns and overall health.

The nature and timeframe of grief may be different for each person, but the long term impact of holding sorrow is exhausting.
Kathy is a Universal Life Church Minister, LMT, EFT healing practitioner, hypnotherapist and author with over 20 years of experience assisting the SLC community.
