Community Outdoor Worship

Join us for an outdoor community worship service on Sunday October 5, 2025 at 10am on the field next to the Farmer’s Market in West Jefferson, NC. This service is sponsored by the First Baptist Church, the Mt. Jefferson Presbyterian Church, and the United Methodist Church all of West Jefferson. The service will be presented from the steps of First Baptist. Worshipers can sit under the trees nearby. It will be led by their ministers, members and combined choirs. The Lord’s Supper will be celebrated. Dress is casual. Bring a chair and join us on this World Communion Sunday as we celebrate our unity in Christ. Parking is available at the First Baptist and UMC parking lots and on the street. In the event of inclement weather, this service will be held at the First Baptist Church, WJ.
