School holiday program.

$80 per day or $210 for all 3 days - AFTERPAY and ZIPPAY available
Light snacks provided - bring a packed lunch and drinks.

Monday - MMA Madness

Striking, takedowns, and movement.
• Fun partner drills to build coordination and confidence.
• Team challenges and mini-sparring (safe and controlled).

Tuesday - Muay Thai and Boxing Blitz

Master punches, kicks, elbows, and knees the Muay Thai way.
• Boxing footwork, combos, and pad work.
• Fun reaction and agility games.

Wednesday - Wrestling and BJJ Battle Day

Wrestling, control, and pin opponents safely.
• BJJ: escapes, sweeps, and submissions (kid-friendly).
• Fun takedown and grappling games.
