FargoRate accounts need to be made public & reviewed in order to be eligible in order to protect the players & place in the proper spots.
400 Robustness Required (otherwise Tournament Director Discretion, Silato Matches will not count twds robustness)

9 Ball on the spot, 2 ball behind the 9 (the "L" Track)
Break from the box
9 ball respotted if made on the break
Call the 9 ball only
ALL BALL FOULS
3 foul rule enforced
No Concessions (2nd rack Penalty)
Double Elimination (not a true double, single extended race in the finals)
