SPORT-MODE is hosting our first-ever Women’s Field Day, and you’re invited!

Whether you’re 21 or 60, this day is all about fun, movement, and reconnecting with your inner athlete—or your inner 8-year-old!

We’ve got all the classics:
🏃‍♀️ 50-Yard Dash
🤝 3-Legged Race
💪 Tug of War
🎯 Throw & Dump
🌀 Hula Hoop Contest
…and so much more!

This is your chance to get a little sweaty, score some awesome swag, and connect with amazing women who are all here to lift each other up. Participants will be grouped by age, so you’ll compete alongside women just like you.

At SPORT-MODE, our mission is to build a community of strong, self-loving women who support and empower each other. Because self-love and play are two of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.
