NOVICE STRENGTH COMPETITION
Entry Fees: $100 for non-members, $50 for members. Includes a complimentary opening day comp shirt. Prize money up for grabs for the winner, and prizes for individual lift and event wins.
POWERLIFTING - 3 LIFT
• Deadlift • Squat • Bench
Weigh in: 7:30-8:30am
First lift at 9am.
-Men’s and Women’s categories, no weight divisions. Winners will be decided by lift total to body weight percentage.
STRONGMAN - 3 EVENT
• Sandbag Medley • Axle Clean & Press
• Silver Dollar Deadlift
Weigh in approx. 12-1pm
First lift at approx. 1:30pm
-Men’s and Women’s categories, no weight divisions. Winners will be decided for each event, and totalled points at the end.

Women Open - 60kg, 80kg, 100kg
Pick, carry and load over 1m bar.
Men U90kg - 60kg, 80kg, 100kg
Men Open - 80kg, 100kg, 120kg
