This class is perfect for all levels, from beginners to experienced. No prior experience is necessary – just a willingness to relax and let go. This unique class blends the gentle postures of Hatha yoga with the deeply, relaxing principles of restorative yoga, the mindful movement of somatics, and the guided meditation of yoga Nidra.
