🍦The Lundy's Sundae Sprint is calling your name! A recent study found that consuming ice cream after a 3.1 mile run results in a perfect end to a summer night! Join us on July 20 at the Essentia Health Plaza at The Lights for the tastiest 5k in town.

•This event is a part of the Run West Fargo 5K Series

•A free Run West Fargo T-shirt is included with registration

•Runners will also receive a coupon for free ice cream from Lundy's that will be redeemable starting on July 21st
