Wrap up summer in style at the Bar Down Beer Run 5K on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at Essentia Health Plaza at The Lights! Sponsored by Bar Down, this evening event is all about soaking up the sun, crushing a 5K, and sipping cold beers with your buds.🍺☀️

Lace up for a 6:30 PM start and enjoy a laid-back 5K run or walk through West Fargo. Kicking off and finishing at The Lights, head to Bar Down after the race to redeem your free drink ticket (21+) to keep the party going.
