Invitational, to help you learn the love language of your body or deepen your dance.

Folk sign up for each term, creating a container for care, creativity, and connection.
After a few weeks, we find our dance practice deepens. As our trust of the group grows.
We reveal more and more of ourselves… until we are fully blooming!

Here, we know the path of awakening can be through the body. Healthy as well as fun!
So many folk have grown in confidence, self-expression, intimacy and emotional regulation, through dance.
We also support you to enjoy a daily dance or somatic practice.

🌿 Can I come for a one-off dance?
This is a weekly dance club, with a termly membership. You are welcome to TRY OUT as a one-off before deciding if you want to join. If it feels fitting, you'll be invited to join as a weekly member.
🌿 What if I can’t join in Week 1?
You are very welcome to try out any week.
You pay members rates for the remaining weeks (it works out $19/dance if you do that.)
🌿 What does membership involve?
Membership benefits include weekly dances, a membership chat space, playlists and guided somatic audio to continue your daily dance practice, free tickets, and discounts for massages and other events.
