You’re invited into an evening of deep listening and immersive sound at West End Yoga Centre, with tea served on arrival to support settling and presence.
Join us for an intimate soft launch of She Wasn’t Born Here — a transcendental ambient art rock, sound offering that lives between worlds. Blending electric and acoustic guitars, cello, experimental bass, synth, and harmonic vocals, She Wasn't Born Here creates a sonic environment designed not just to be heard, but inhabited. Ambient textures weave with ethereal vocals, inviting listeners into a space of deep listening, resonance, and feeling.
Originally emerging from vocalist Beetle Miyela’s solo EP The Return, the project has evolved into a four-piece collaboration with Adrian Diery, Julia Beiers, and Evalyn Legried. Together, they explore resonance as a felt experience.
This event is also a fundraiser to support the group’s upcoming tour to Tasmania. By attending, you’re helping carry this work across water — allowing the performance to be shared with new audiences and landscapes.
Held within the calm, grounded space of West End Yoga Centre, this gathering invites stillness, warmth, and openness. Arrive from 6:30pm to enjoy tea, settle into the space, and prepare for the journey.
