Our premium courses are designed for those who feel they’d rather be on a fear of flying course with fewer participants with a maximum of just four people. The result is a much more personal and discreet environment, with time to ask every question on your mind, and really get to the source of your fear of flying.
This is a one day course starting at the T5 London Heathrow Sofitel followed by two scheduled accompanied BA flights. You will spend two and a half hours of consultation with one of our most experienced pilots and two hours with one of our small team of psychologists, all experts in managing phobias.
You will then be accompanied by them both on two scheduled BA domestic flights, during which you will be able to put into practice everything you have learned during the day, and find out all about those noises and sensations, first hand.
The day starts around 9am and the flight arrives back around 9pm. A copy of our recently published "Flying with Confidence" book is included in the price of the course. We also include a restaurant lunch at the hotel as well as complimentary refreshments throughout the day.

Please note that if a person decides, following the outbound flight from London, that they are unable to take the return flight, it is the sole responsibility of that person to arrange alternative travel back to London.
