FARm OUT will be held at Iver Village Recreation Ground (not to be confused with Iver Heath Recreation Ground, which is somewhere else) in the centre of Iver Village (SL0 9NX) on Saturday 19th July 2025.
We spent a lot of time and energy making it wonderful for all ages, fitness levels, access abilities and disabilities, financial circumstances, and everything in between.
All the details are below but first of all: Thank you to our wonderful sponsors - we couldn't run the event without you!!! The Ivers Parish Council have given us a generous grant, Pinewood Studios is sponsoring the stage, Relay Technical Transport is sponsoring the children's entertainer, Paul Antony The Hair Salon is sponsoring the petting zoo farm, and Oakwood Estates is sponsoring the huge bouncy castle.
All you need to know:
- There will be a fancy dress competition for both children and adults, so you should have your costume ready!
- Our local comedian and children's entertainer The Mark Jones, will do a show and host the whole event.
- You can bring your own picnic or buy something from the food and ice cream vans. You can bring your own drinks or buy them from the bar, run by The Swan (remember to drink responsibly, nobody wants to be scraping people off the grass).
- Everyone can enjoy meeting the farm animals, see the different dance groups and other shows on the stage, and say ‘Hi’ to Bucks Bear.
- Please have a look at the timeline and the poster to see what's happening when and plan your visit.
- Ryan Paul Antony will also be bringing the most Instagrammable backdrop, so that your costumes will be the hottest topic on social media.
- There's going to be a cool gladiator duel activity for teenagers, run by the Iver Youth and Community Services.
- The bouncy castle isn't just a bouncy castle - it's a huge obstacle course!
- There will be football activities run by Delaford Colts FC
- For people who can’t walk too far and can’t sit on the grass, there will be a respite area where tea and cake are served, run by the Royal British Legion.
- There will be stalls, a tombola, and a raffle, so remember to bring cash.
- We desperately need volunteers for an hour or two on the day. Otherwise, we won't be able to run all the activities. Please fill in this form:
