This year, we're combining two of our most loved Unravel Iowa events - Family Fun Day and the Race2Unravel 5K - into one incredible day full of awareness, activity, and fun for all ages! Whether you're lacing up your shoes for our 5K or just coming to enjoy the festivities with your family, there's something for everyone.

8:00-8:30 AM - Check-in & T-shirt Pick-up
9:00 AM - 5K Run/Walk Begins
8:00-11:00 AM - Family Fun Day Activities!
🏅 5K DETAILS:
Walk or run to help us fund better treatments for kids with cancer. Along the lakeside course, you'll see signs honoring local pediatric cancer warriors- What could be more inspiring than that?
🎽 $30 Adult Registration (includes race bib + t-shirt)
🎽 $20 Child Registration (includes race bib + t-shirt)
(Register by August 27th to guarantee your race t-shirt!)
🏆 Race medals awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in both adult & youth categories.
