Tippy Time Lyra

Dive into the unique world of tippy lyra with a workshop designed to challenge and expand your aerial vocabulary. Guest coach Crystal will guide you through mounts, spins, poses, transitions, and dynamic dismount techniques specific to this specialty apparatus.

Participants should have prior lyra or similar apparatus experience and be comfortable with an inversion or pull-over on their primary apparatus.
