TGHWG Wednesday Night Preview Runs

The Capital Striders' Turkeys are hosting “warm-up” trail runs on the four Wednesdays leading up to race day! No registration is needed.

📅 Dates: October 1, 8, 15, 22

⏰ Time: 6:00 pm

📍 Brown's Woods, 195 SE Brown’s Woods Ct., West Des Moines

Each loop is a 5K. Run one, two, or as many as you’d like. Whether you’re new to trail running, training for “To Grandmother’s House We Go,” or want an extra group run, this is the perfect chance to get out on the trails.
