Join us for a deeply relaxing Group Soundbath designed to help your body slow down, reset, and rest. This experience uses sound and vibration to support the nervous system, release stress, and guide the body into a calm, meditative state.
This is not a class. There is nothing to perform, fix, or figure out. You simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sound to do the work.
What to Expect:
• Crystal singing bowls, brass instruments, chimes, and grounding frequencies
• A calm, candlelit space designed for deep relaxation
• Gentle guidance followed by extended rest
• A nervous system reset that feels like a full-body exhale
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or gravity chair
• Blanket and pillow for comfort
• Water
• An open mind
What to Wear:
• Comfortable clothing you can fully relax in
Think of this as adult nap time, but better. Many people experience deep rest, mental clarity, emotional release, or the best sleep they have had in weeks.
Space is intentionally limited to 8 people to keep the experience grounded and intimate.
