Founded in Des Moines in 1990, Central Iowa Center for Independent Living is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower people with disabilities to control their lives.
CICIL Connection Center is an extension of that mission. This peer-led drop-in center is open to adults with disabilities who want to become more engaged within their community, build friendships and social supports, increase their independence, and learn new skills.
