"Dark Graces" are the tender, disorienting seasons of our lives that crack us open and leave us stripped down, longing for relief. While these moments rarely feel meaningful at the time, they often hold quiet lessons beneath the surface-if you know what to look for. In this three-day retreat, we'll explore the idea of Dark Graces as a way to make sense of life's harder chapters. Through guided reflection, meditation, creative practice, and open conversation, we'll gently create space for what's been hidden, held, or heavy. Together, we'll notice how pain might also carry the beginnings of healing, insight, and even a thread of joy.
