In this all-levels retreat, you’ll experience guided meditations, focused breathing, and sound therapy, using crystal singing bowls and other acoustic tools. These practices help quiet the mind, reduce stress, and support relaxation. By the end, you’ll feel more centered, refreshed, and equipped with simple techniques to bring calm and balance into daily life.
